Shipping Policy

We do our best to get your sweet treats to you quickly and safely! Please read below for important details about our shipping methods, timeframes, and responsibilities.

Where We Ship

We ship anywhere serviceable by major carriers, including:

  • Across Canada.

  • Internationally through standard carriers.

Carriers We Use

We ship using the following trusted carriers:

  • Canada Post

  • UPS

  • Purolator

Shipping carrier and service will be based on your selection at checkout.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. This does not include shipping time.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Canadian Shipping Rates

We offer flat-rate shipping anywhere in Canada:

  • $10 within Alberta.

  • $15 to all other provinces and territories.

  • FREE shipping on Canadian orders over $100.

Faster delivery options may be available at checkout, with rates calculated based on location and package weight.

International Shipping

International customers can choose from available carrier rates at checkout. Shipping rates are calculated based on destination, weight, and speed selected.

Please note that customs fees, taxes, and import duties may apply and are the responsibility of the buyer.

Local Pickup

Free local pickup is available during store hours. Please allow 24 hours for processing. You will receive a notification when your order is ready for pickup.

Pickup orders are held for 7 business days unless otherwise arranged.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (if included in the selected shipping method). Some international services (e.g., surface mail) may not include tracking.

Delays, Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers.

  • Lost or stolen packages.

  • Incorrect delivery due to address errors provided by the customer.

We will do our best to assist you with any claims through the carrier, but we cannot guarantee replacements or refunds.

Warm Weather Shipping Notice

Some of our products, including chocolate and cotton candy are sensitive to heat and humidity. During warmer months, melting or texture changes may occur during transit.

While we take precautions when packing your order, we are not responsible for heat-related damage once the package has left our facility. We recommend selecting the fastest shipping option available during warm weather.
